Instead of deleting threads, try answering peoples concerning messages, you put the rules in place but dont follow through with them, about time you did maybe?

Rules have consequences, but every rule break break here is laughed at, sort it out, you’re the big bad boss man.

I have an app on my phone with calming sounds, rain, waves crashing etc. I just sit it on my pillow on a timer so it goes off automatically after an hour and it helps.
