To get through life do the following…….

‘Be honest’ (best you can)

be happy (make sure from within)

be daring…….. (live a little-however dangerous)

do something you want to do……(I chose to sail around the bay of biscay)

have ambitions, hopes, ideal’s…………………but most importantly

do what you think or you feel is right

an inbuilt instict is rarely used and is hardly ever motivated to it’s true potential

and make sure everything you do is in ‘moderation’ for when you do it again…………….you’ll enjoy it again!!

and have lots of friends……….they will carry you through the troughs and peaks
