It is to show off the host country your dead right
I guess then that the deals for fast food outlets are in the bag signed sealed and delivered
But to get a few planes to fly over the site and stick some coloured smoke in the air you have to bend over backwards infront of the european commision begging for mercy and offer to pay more taxes at the same time!
