IMHO I think Alex has a stronger voice than Leona.
Alex is more a Beyonce than a Leona if you know what I mean. That song she belted out last week, the last one, flipping eck, she got all my pimples goossed!!!!
JLS were good on their 2nd song, but rubbish on their first. but I do think its gonna be between Alex and JLS. Think the ikkle tweety bird from Ireland will be 3rd

Man dressed as schoolgirl gets Asbo
A 59-year-old man who went out in public dressed as a schoolgirl while children walked home from lessons was given a five-year anti-social behaviour order, a council said.
Peter Trigger dressed up in a grey skirt and jumper, white shirt, baseball cap and a tie, before waiting near a primary school as children came and went, Northampton Borough Council said.
On several occasions he also wore a knee-length laboratory coat and appeared to be wearing nothing underneath, the authority added. My views:
An asbo is not what this man should have had..
Your right!!!!
That man is a danger ready to happen ffs!6 December, 2008 at 6:49 pm #387478@sarah_1 wrote:
Think we are all agreed – Put Christmas back into December. :D
Hands up who remembers the days when the shops were shut pretty much between Christmas & New Year.
Many a time I heard my mum say Christmas eve “well if we haven’t got it now we will do without”. Not ooooh rush down the local “corner” shop & get it.
The times they have a changed. :(
I think the true meaning of Christmas has been lost in modern day comercialism.
I can remember when it was just me and the Twins. God we was skint in those days. I saved all year round for the things they got. I never went out the door on Christmas eve, we would spend the day in our PJ’s, stuffing our faces with mince pie’s and watching Santa films on the Telly. Then after our tea, we would have our bath’s, open our 1 present (PJ’s) and a video film and watch that, then they would go to bed. Then I did the Santa bit and went to bed.
Always said what we ain’t got now, we can do without.
I hate that times have changed, I liked that the shops would be shut for days after Christmas.I can honestly hold my hands up and say Ive never got in debt for Christmas. I have saved up throughout the year when the children was younger. Or like now, where we arnt in debt, but have stayed in budget.
Ahhhh the good old days, wont get them back no matter how much we moan about it
6 December, 2008 at 12:10 pm #387473Im nearly finished. Just got my parents, his aunty and uncle, my sister, his dad and thats it. But vouchers for his dad, money for my sister and parents and they are done. His aunt and uncle???????
I agree with you though Pete about the shops doing their cr@p, I hate seeing all the christmas stuff in the shops during the summer holidays. Folks have had their deca’s up since beginning of Nov in my street alone!!!! I am no Bah humbug person, I love Christmas, I really do. But I like my christmas in December where it should be!
