is gonna cost3,500 for a reversal sian cos up ere they dont do it on the nhs, even tho it was justifiable at the time to b serilized, those that know me know the reasons so i aint goin into them on the boards.

sian he is such a great dad to my girls, id like us to have 1 of our own, but he aint up for me havin operations so would rather go without a child than put me thro that, but mayb i can sell him on the ivf bit
