I have spent all morning trying to force a carrot batton, sliced celery and cucumber into a guinea pigs bum bag.
His shades keep falling off too and the RSPCA say you are not allowed to use a staple gun.

I had NO idea the sugary icecream and lollies I was buying from my BELOVED Aldi in industrial quantities was making me MORE dehydrated. Hoorah to JC for learning that.
People ARE dim and especially my 88 year old neighbour who is degree educated and who ONLY speaks three languages and who is fiercely independant, she was only bloody doing her usual routine in her garden on Thursday in the baking heat, like scrubbing and cleaning and moving heavy pots about until I told her in no uncertain terms it might be better to do it later when it was cooler.
People DO walk their dogs on BURNING pavements/roads/tracks because they ARE dim or maybe they just don’t realize that it can get that hot and burn a dogs pad/paw.
*angry emo* because there isn’t one.

Janeypoo a few pearls of wisdom could really sort me out right now. GE talks about poor doggies paws on hot pavements is it the same for guinea pigs? cos mines got his packed lunch in his bumbag and im a good mumma cos hes got his shades on and a stick of celery behind his left ear.
GE please could you dumb your posts down, I am sure I am not the only one here to find all your very long words far too complicated to fathom.
oh another tip – wearing pastel shades may deflect the sun.
And don’t leave animals in your car on these hot summer days.

Hope your all enjoying the sunshine almost hit 38 today only problem is it can get rather sticky at night even tried using a fan just blows hot air ….icecream and icelolly is the way forward.
Great post Janeypoo, now we all know we should eat ice cream and ice lollies. What an invaluable poster you are, Justchatters will now safely get through the summer a little comfier.

WOW see this is the reason I keep coming back here. A fan in the summer can be cooling?
Also I must add that drinking lots of water can re-hydrate you on these hot summer days. Adding ice cubes can also ensure you stay bright and cool.
A hat and sunglasses can also assist when sitting out in the sun.
Sun cream can prevent bad burns when sitting/laying on your sun lounger.
Don’t fink I’m clevva people – I got this all off google.
