Trump promised to buck the establishment, to fight against the elite and 1% and do what was best for Americans. bring back jobs, close borders, yada yada.
Still..  if one were to look at his appointees and his promises, they seem to follow the Republican Platform and support the elite…

I really can’t believe the 40% of Americans that voted for him didn’t realize that. The elite always support the buddies they golf with.

Shut off the lights at work about 2-4 minutes early. Was getting ready to close up shop. Didn’t realize it would be a prob. Boss came in and was like, wait until exactly close. But she was cool about it and I guess I understand. :)
I just did things in the wrong sequence.

You called that one, man. Happened in the U.S., too. They’ve spent the last 2.5 years lying and hiding that it’s a Depression here, with the numbers being higher in unemployment then ever before (they take people off the rolls that are under-employed, or who haven’t found a job in so many years that they quite looking).

And the answer in the States is always.. bring another elite into power as if they will somehow help.
Do you find that is the case in the UK, too?

I think he is referring to the chat forum portion of this site – they are frequent and idiotic. Sometimes they threaten people, but they have learned from that behavior and now they just heckle and pick and demean and slander and get away with it.

They leave the room and return and leave and return. Perhaps a cooling off period after doing taht would help? That leaving and coming back is how they get the Block function off of them. It’s sad, really.

Sad little souls (trolls/namehiders) who can’t make it on their own merit, or are inept socially.. It’s sad really.
