I dont want a situation where you can vote for who you want as long as its a government approved party or we will be like China (although they did have good olimpics)
Im on your side hate bullies at work but i got to say this.
I can only go by my past experiences but I got made redundant and was owed about £3000 in over time but there was no company log of the time I had worked so I had to kiss That £3000 good bye.
The fact she didn’t phone up when she went sick is as good as handing your notice in. I done a similar thing and they sent me a letter saying if I don’t return to work tomorrow they will presume I have terminated my employment with them .
Lastly I don’t know about the part time employment rules. All I can say is that some companies like asda employ all their staff as part time even though they work full time. That way any time off including holidays and sick are paid only at 16 hours.
I think companies are ment to have a discipline procedure and an appeals procedure though.

Seems like everyone is to blame apart from the government.
Its the government that has under funded Social Services for years.
Its the government in the case of Victoria Climbie that let a illigal drug selling imigrant stay in the country unchecked to murder his child.
Its the government who has given everyone rights apart from the innocent and hard working.
Its the government that would prefer to employ people based on colour and religon and not whos best for the job.
But as usual thousands will be spent on an enquiry, lessons will be learned just like after the Victoria Climbie c0ck up and as usual nothing will change.I think the fact he was on drugs is more of a problem.
All theses sort of stories allways go back to the parents. They should not let their child smoke drugs and they shouldn’t be giving them money to spend on these games and on drugs.I have had trouble connecting to BBC iplayer because it says im outside the uk.
Seems AOL is rerouting me via another country cus they had problems here. Don’t know if its the same sort of problems.Talk sport during the day or LBC at night
