Seems like everyone is to blame apart from the government.
Its the government that has under funded Social Services for years.
Its the government in the case of Victoria Climbie that let a illigal drug selling imigrant stay in the country unchecked to murder his child.

I think the fact he was on drugs is more of a problem.
All theses sort of stories allways go back to the parents. They should not let their child smoke drugs and they shouldn’t be giving them money to spend on these games and on drugs.

I have had trouble connecting to BBC iplayer because it says im outside the uk.
Seems AOL is rerouting me via another country cus they had problems here. Don’t know if its the same sort of problems.
