I take full responsiblity for the temporary closure of P/Chat. I received a warning off Fastcars for my posting of Hedgehogs which was moved to rants and caused such a fall out amongst lovers of hedgehogs and seagulls :wink: I was warned not to start threads in such provoking subjects! x

okay. beleive it or not IF i was in the postition to read Pms,, i would NOT. in fact i would never even consider it, be like opening someones Diary. and id be too scared that i opened a pandoras box about myself. I wasnt saying its right, infact I know morally its wrong…However, the curiosity would kill me!

Anyway whats done is done, the main thing is we are getting our board back :D
I would never read other peoples pm,s,simple as that.But then i wouldent run a internet site either.There would be a responsability,that i just wouldent want.Now i dont know the ins and outs of running a site but i know iv had many run ins with people,sometimes people will act in away in pm that they wont infront of others.I would think someone running a site would have to keep up with what is going on at all times.
Also we all enjoyed the site,were all frends there and i dont feel my loyalty to the site is misplaced at all.Fast and pats payed out of there own pockets for the site.Also fast and pats have always been fair and decent to me.Iv been an ars in the room and in pm and id rather they hadent been read,but as Vee says whats done is done.I would rather our site was open again than not,and move on.Jesus, is it only me and fastcars that would read pms????????? :wink:
I agree, I just want our site back…I will deffo be nicer to the couple of faint hearts on there.

Animals are locked in cages for a reason. Look how you all reacted when let loose. You did not know what to do with yourselves. 8)Infrequent poster as I happen to have a busy life and dont spend the majority of my time on the internet and I dont tend to post constant drivel . We are all individuals you know and we should be judged on our own merit and not just on the behaviour of the group. Also you forget, most PatsChat posters post here on JC as well. How would the JC community react if Martin decided to pull the plug on JC – don’t you think that JC posters would react in exactly the same way, I hope that anyone on JC who also wishes to post on Patschat is not worried about doing so and I’m sure they would be welcome on both boards :!:

At least Jadey will be pleased that folk will stop invading the JC message boards after the lovely welcome she gave everyone from Patschats, especially when most folk frequent both sites and have no problem with doing so and especially when the JC message boards are so busy and interesting. =D>
