After the 2005 bombings in London, that was the first time ever in my whole life I was ashamed to be the colour I am. I will never forget the feeling of paranoia, hoping people would be able to tell I’m Indian and not Muslim.
.I believe Islam is a religeon and not a race, are there no Indian Muslims?
Well I dont know, and it’s not the ‘race’ were talking about, its the religious beliefs that these fanatics want to impose on everyone, and that intrinsically isn’t right. We live in a free country, if they don’t like our free country, which allows women to wear what they please not what theyre told, then go to a country where they feel they can tell women what to do, wear, think etc etc etc

Sharia Law and all it stands for, i’d have thought that was obvious, isn’t that what I started the thread about? the fanatics who want it introduced.
Unfortunatley, we are not all educated to the standards of some here… Am i right to say that you have examined and studied these laws to cast such an opinion ?
I also asked you why you say they will not be accepted in the UK. :?
Well I wouldnt have thought it’d take einstein to work out what the thread was about but you never can tell eh.No actually, I haven’t studied their laws or the Koran, nor do I wish to. They have however, spelled out perfectly what their aims are, what things they would like to see, ie., the column of Nelson demolished, adulterers to be stoned in public, all women, irrelevant of creed should wear burkhas etc etc etc., and to this, i’m entitled to an opinion, you don’t have to like it.
I personally, would accept none of those things.

I agree, some were born here, which makes them british citizens. I stand by what I said tho, many of these fanatics aren’t originally from here but elsewhere, and if they don’t like the laws that this country live by (yet use the democracy when it suits ) then why not go to a place where those practices are acceptable. They’ll never be acceptable in the UK.
I agree, if they were born in another country. I would like to know why you say it will never be acceptable in the UK ? What exactly are you refering to ?

Well I’m Indian and I have not read anything on this thread deemed as racist. I also think these fanatical muslims need to go live and practice and preach in a country where it is more acceptable as the norm. These fanatics don’t hold down jobs, are reeling in benefits for in some cases more than one wife and many children, therefore being housed in larger accomodation costing thousands in houseing benefits!

Anyway on a lighter note….when I’m told to go back to where I came from, I always give the abuser an option of where to send me…to either my mummys tummy or Gravesend.=D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

In all of it I did like the quote of the simple solution being to let these fanatics move to a country that already practices sharia law, ie., back to where they came from!! but then they dont have a welfare state for the morons to live off there do they
Its interesting that there is an increasing subscription to the islamic religion, some of who are citizens born and bred in this country. where then will they be sent ?

Not in any way do I mean to bring the post or anyone down, but October 17th is a special date for me, it was the day I found it, October 17th 2002. It was followed by a series of 17’s. First chemo December 17th, last May 17th and best of all,,,,,,given the all clear on June 17 2003. So 17’s, especially October 17th played a huge part in my life. I’m lucky and very thankful to be here and i’ll be nice to everyone :) :)

So true
With all due respect to Mel’s relatives. How are they going to react tho when a patient dies of lets say lung cancer, and they’ve never smoked a cigarette in their lives! cos it does happen! and with the huge loss of revenue suffered by the NHS, is there going to be any money to treat said patient
