I may be wrong here, but you should have the required software with the mp3 players, I think you have to synchronize your media player to your mp3 players then load music on from there.
Click on `view` at the top of media player and `Go To` you may have option to sync there. I`m going by media player 10 here tho, may be different for you depending on which version you have. :?
