It may just be words on a screen but words do have the power to hurt. I know that sometimes a lot of the problem is that with those words you cant put the inflection into them
that you would if you were actually speaking, irony and sarcasm don’t come across on type and sometimes, words can appear snippy even if they weren’t meant to be.
