Wholeheartedly agree, wish there was a way to permanently iggy this most irritating person.  I always block by IP, But guess that’s for only one chat session.  My heart always sinks when this “character” comes in, under some strange names, and babbles along about nonsense, with his “friend” Gucci

 

What annoys me even more is when I block him, I still see people saying “lol moi” etc.  I think the only thing more annoying is the enablers who either find him generally amusing, or just staying with the blind eye clique mentality.

Been coming here nigh on 12 years now I guess. I sometimes leave for a while when it gets too samey, but always drawn back at some point!
