Here is a healthy vegetarian lunch idea. Homemade hummus.

Indian shepards pie made for freezer.
Makes a change from usual shepards/cottage pie.

Cola BBQ ribs

One bottle of cheap cola but not diet!
One large onion cut in half
4 garlic cloves smashed or a top of garlic powder
Dsp of whole peppercorns
