Ahem.. I would just like to point out .. I do not want to see Obama assassinated, nor will I be assassinating him myself.
Knew I should have kept off this section..  :D :D :P
Yoda, I apologize for jumping on your back regarding your post. The issue I had is that it looks as if you are judging all Americans as gun toting assassins who really didn’t want what the majority of the people voted for. I’m a realist. I realize that there are people who will take aim at Obama. But, every leader has that reality over their head. Especially the leader of the U.S. Obviously, we are not well liked.Cas – Let’s just stick to the subject here. Yes dear, I do remember the floods. Kind of hard to forget but thanks for enlightening me
Slayer – Race played a big part in this election. Coupled with the fact that Bush’s approval ratings are so low. Obama ran his campaign on change, he speaks eloquently, Hollywood elites are on his side and the media is ultra liberal and skews a lot what they put on the airways. Hilary was more conservative and not as much of a socialist. She is seen as somebody who would keep politics as “business as usual”
Mary J – I believe that presidents are sworn in on January because they have to once again tally the votes to make certain nothing was missed. It’s kind of a check and double check type of thing.
Ok – Phew! Have I missed anything?
I spent too much damn time on this post :x
Like I said, I didn’t vote for him, but I support him because he is going to by my president and I hope he succeeds.

And that is a serious post
But AW, do you agree with my post :D
I agree =P~
I saw pics of the other guy when he was a youngster, in college. Ohhhhh my word, well I dunno wtf happened to him as he got old, but he was so shexxxy when he was younger!
He was tortured in a Vietnamese prison camp, but yeah back in the day, he was gorgeous!
As far as Obama, his voice is like warm butter which I like, but looks, I have a problem with those big ears :lol:No Yoda I’m not ashamed of my post. But for your conclusions about what is going to happen to Obama, I think is disgraceful. I’m sorry I really don’t want to argue with you, but I had to say something. I’m American and I take offense. So much for foreign relations
5 November, 2008 at 2:43 pm #386263Congratulations Kenty – She’s beautiful!
5 November, 2008 at 2:43 pm #386345Bigger Boobs
5 November, 2008 at 2:41 pm #386355Ok , I’m looking forward to the backlash I’ll get for this
:roll:1. Yoda, that was a pretty ridiculous comment. It’s shameful on your part in my opinion.
2. PB – It is a big deal that he is our countries first black president because of the reprehensible actions that took place in the 1950’s & 60’s in America. In retrospect, The Civil Rights movement was not that long ago and now for our country to elect a black president is something that we can be proud of.
3. I voted for McCain, but I am hopeful that Obama will do a good job as president.
