If you put too high of standards on what your looking for you may overlook the one who will exceed every expectation you had

hubbys company is going to have difficulty meeting timelines if people cant make it back projects will start to suffer and clients could start invoking the penalty clauses for late delivery then they will be in deep doodoo. not brill in the current climate
