well she didnt get through… the swines!

She had a really bad throat for the last week and has been dosing up with honey and lemon, but after queing outside in the pissing rain for nearly three hours her throat and voice were shot to pieces. When she went up for her turn, she said her legs were like jelly and she felt really nervous.

The woman said “sorry, your not through. go and get yourself warm”.

We had a great day/evening though. She picked me up at 6am :shock: , they shut the flipping blackwall tunnel so we had a panic about getting over the river, but they then re-opened it.

17,000 people turned out, so it took ages to all get in. And…

DERMOT WAS THERE!!!

It was his birthday so everybody sang happy birthday to him. He was filming some links and crowd shots so we all had to do cheering and shout silly embarrasing things out like “london’s got the Xfactor” and make the Xfactor sign and stuff, I felt a right bellend.

So…. you never know they may use some footage of us in some way lol

We got back on the tube at 8pm, brushed our teeth and hit the pub, they had a brilliant covers band on and I asked them if Cara could sign with them and they did Valerie and the whole pub cheered for her, bless her heart.

I jumped around like a loony to teenage kicks and that is pretty much my last memory… apart from walkin into town to another club and taking my guiness with me!

A great day, brilliant experience, and Im glad we did it. She has a lot more guts than me, she was so so brave to do it.

Saw some right nutters too, and a few contestants knocked back from previous shows. I will definately recognise a few of the ones that got through when it comes on, so that will make it interesting.
