    The Point opened in Milton Keynes in 1985 and housed Uk’s first multiplex cinema. After the new more luxurious and hip Xscape building opened in 2002 the point went rapidly downhill. Last time I went there it was full of Clampetts and stank of stale popcorn but you could watch a film for 25p!

    Hang On, we aint even sure what she’s on about yet.. She could have been about to expose herself to unsuspecting members of the public, felt a bit anxious, and changed her mind! So, lets not feel so sorry, until we know what she’s talking about.. :lol:

    25p to watch a film? Think you have the dates mixed up, that’s not 1985.. That’s 1685.. :lol:

    Mid 1960’s it was one shilling two shillings or two and sixpence to watch a film depending on where you sat (5p, 10p or 12 1/2p)
