No I wouldn’t report someone for that but I would ask them to leave their telly facing the window and their curtains open, and cancel my subscription.

Yep i would, and dropping litter, jaywalking, spitting, swearing etc. Moral decline that’s what we’ve got it’s the tip of the iceberg and leads to “harder” crimes. Hang em and hang em high :evil:
