nowt wrong with HR people :-

    Oh yes there is !!!!

HR people are all politically correct Nazis. They spend their time sitting in meetings doing nothing, deciding nothing and generally agreeing on nothing, other that preserving their bureaucratic empires.

They contribute little if anything to the profits of the organisation but are in fact an overhead department paid for from the gross profit earned by the operations side of the organisation.

They find ways to undermine staff with accusations of lack of political correctness; innapropriate conduct; they carry out witch hunts based on anonymous information allegedly received by them.

HR people rarely if ever make decisions for which they can be held accountable, but make reccomendations to line managers. That way if it is the wrong advice it is all the line manager’s fault for not implementing it correctly. If it is the correct advice (which it rarely if ever is) then they claim credit for their cleverness.

No organisation needs an HR Department – HR is a barnacle on the ar/se of progress.

    What she said!

When any male person walks into the building or its surroundings, he is watched like a hawk. Its amazing how many other staff members need to borrow my stapler when the gardeners come around. (My room is situated on the edge of our huge garden with windows all along)

We sometimes flirt with any fit dads the children may have also. 8)
