Fuel blockade starts 10 AM saturday morning.

The Italian government acted when the petrol pumps went dry and realise that people power is stronger than government.

i hope they bring the entire show to a juddering halt for a week. at least gordon will actually see something happening for a change. unfortunateley it will be a couple of hours slow moving on the motorways. no change there then.

The visual media including teletext didn’t report this “event”, and just goes to show you that people have square eyes and little imagination for the nation.
It was a silly time to do it though, who wants to stand in the freezing cold when you could have the heater on in your car :wink:
You cant ask the people of britain to get off their lazy fat behinds, were just not the french or italians. I seriously think, that apart from a million or so, the other 59 million will either be bar coded or pocked in the eye before they react.
Next june seems like the right time.

I think you’ll find they did report it- although it was a media non event with a handful of people turning up here and there.
Not difficult for me to find it- how come you couldnt find it on the “visual media”- perhaps you werent looking in the right place…or perhaps your blinkers didnt allow you to see it :lol:
