do you lose your conection and then cant get back in coz “access denied already logged in”” appears really pissing me off right now

To reduce abuse, we only allow users to make a single connection to the chat forum. If your ISP hiccups and you lose the connection without logging out correctly, it can take the chat software up to 30 minutes to disconnect your idle connection, at which time you will be able to log back in.

ty for the explanation martin, can i also ask ..i have a laptop and a pc and wireless connection to enable them both to work at the same time, but my partner and i cant come into the chat rooms as we have the same IP can we get around this?
