Why are we so SOFT

We invited immigrant workers to this country just after the war to help fill the vacancies we couldn’t fill. Its been a political sore point ever since with large parts of our towns and cities being completely taken over by migrant families… and in many cases… becoming no go areas…. not only for white people but even our own police force. You would think we wouldn’t be stupid enough to make the same mistake twice but as ever….. it all boils down to money. If large companies can get away with making larger profits off these people then they will be only to happy to invite them here…. and sod the long term consequences.

Seriously tho, I do work for several bus and coach companies locally, they are and have been replacing workers with (is it polls, pols or poles??? :?) for several years to the extent now that three of them have 100% of their drivers polish

The reason for that is the poles will work for a minimum wage 40 hour week but paid as a salary which then means they can do 50 or 60 hours per week which they regularly do whereas a british employee wouldnt either do the job on minimum wage or as a salary so the profits made by those companies have exploded during that period

A similar thing is also happening on the building sites around here too where many of them quite literally wont under any circumstances employ non poles

But this isnt new, for decades we have had asian businesses that will ONLY employ asians and have a 100% asian workforce, but that kind of ratio never seems to be looked at in the same way a 100% white workforce would be

And yet we are expected to believe we have equality and that white or british workers are just lazy and dont want to work, when in many cases its more that they just dont want to work on less money than they can live on or have to compete financially for jobs with people allowed to come here from near third world economies
