Why are the English so viciously racist?

It always makes me wonder what makes the english so racist? They first rape and pillage our towns, setting fire to our children and slitting the throats of our women, they then try marching on to London to viciously murder the Royal family of that time and to take over our civilised land, then they decide they no longer want to be evil savage barbarians so sign a treaty that permanently incorporates them into England (also known as Great Britain) and yet they throw around racist abuse and on occassion, even commit hate crimes against innocent English people by calling them names and beating them up, sometimes fatally. Why are the english like this? Is it because they are descendents of evil barbarians and it is in their blood? How do we stop them? Do we show a bigger military presence and train them to be human?
