    Why do insurance companies send you renewals that totally take the piss? I have been with my Home Insurance company for 4 years and each time the put it up from the previous year by hundreds …however make a phone call and threat to take your business elsewhere brings the quote down by £420 :evil:

    Car insurance is the worst… I always get cheaper quotes.. then go back to my insurers and they match the cheaper quote… makes me so mad :evil:

    Whatever happened to looking after your regular customers? Some people must just pay the inflated renewal prices…. its immoral really :evil:
