I see you’re still at it, Drac.  Your constant public complaining about the rules not being enforced AND complaining about the mods is in direct violation of the rules.  We all know that the rules are not enforced.  They are written so broadly that just about no one complies with them.  The rule YOU continue to break is this one:

While I have broken just about every rule on this site, THIS ONE got ME banned by Si, because I loudly confronted Si because that nothing was done about the rampant abuse of a particular female chatter, just like you’re doing on a daily basis now.

You were correct when you said that being right has nothing to do with reality.   I know you’ve received abuse, I’ve seen it.  But your initial comment in your other thread, complaining about Warhol making fun of the term pansexual (“how many pans…”) to be mocking and insulting, doesn’t quite meet your characterization of it supporting “the toxic acceptance of hate speech in JC.”  If you think someone making fun of the word pansexual is hate speech, then you’re either being dishonest when you deny YOUR comment, “effeminate men are worse than women” or worse, you are a LGBT supremist.  You are far too smart to play the LGBT card like a race card.  You haters here dislike you because you defeat them with your arguments, because you are smarter than they are and I always enjoy seeing you bitchslap them.   The nastier they become toward you, the more deeply you have hurt them.

But as long as you continue to demand that the rules be followed here, it’s time for you to take a MUCH CLOSER LOOK at the rules and make sure YOU are following them.  Otherwise, you are an insufferable hypocrite.

Inflammatory or defamatory comments, flaming or taunting.  (Super broad rule, I don’t know how you could enforce it as worded)

Sharing personal information about other users, or pictures of other users (or members of their family) without their permission.  (preventing guests from posting pics ended this problem for the most part)

Copyrighted materials (articles, videos, audio, etc.) that you do not have permission to reproduce or distribute.  (Violations are rare, but it happens)

Advertising of third party services or websites, unless authorised by us in advance and in writing. (violations of this are common and no one even thinks twice about it.  Only the automatic censor stops it, and only in some cases)

Getting banned isn’t a concern for me, this site is unsusable in it’s current state. It’s either :

1. Empty, nobody is online
2. Trivial nonsese that have zero interest in
3. Full of abuse as soon as I type anything
