    hi all i just wondered which diet you are all following and which you think is best? I’ve have found calorie counting and weight watchers no count plan both work for me. At the moment I am at my heaviest and really need to do something about it, however I cant decide whether to follow the weight watchers no count plan and be healthy…..or to calorie count and be able to have some ‘naughties’ too…oh please help…..

    I work with dieters and they OBSESS over food allllll day long, it drives me mad.

    And the worst thing about it? They will eat a teeny weeny lunch, then we get the biddys (lol, i obviously meant biccys!! :oops: ) out and they have three!!!

    they probably could have had a decent nutricious lunch for all those calories and not been all grumpy for the rest of the afternoon!

    Im off for a big bit of cheese on toast :wink:

    i am a major calorie counter and totally obsess over the calories in every little thing i eat…but it works so i’d say go with the calorie counting :roll:
