Believe me, I need wine at 8am to get croissants – well, I think I do, but, I don’t! – Just in case I have to re-iterate this, ‘cos it seems I have to sometimes, I do do the croissants and I don’t do the wine!

Its fer the tea! Traditionally made wi rum but seeing as my origins are north of the border we use whisky.
