ive just made a BLT and its yummi… last nite was a piece n mince with curry powder n broon sauce…
ive got my nibble bread toasted ( got a cheek lol ) smeared with low fat mayo… rocket and spinach leaves tom laced with sea salt n black pepper…. nice grilled ayrshire middle mmmmmMMMmmmm its brilliant i don’t want it to end lol

Cereal, it has to be Crunchy nut clusters, they are far too munchy.
Late night snacks, toast or choccy biccies!!Last night i had a tin of corned beef mashed, heated in the microwave for 2 mins and then strapping of brown sauce and a bit of salad mixed in yum yum :D
Cold mushroom risotto straight from the fridge… mixed up with some cold left over custard and a spoonful of Marmite for extra flavour. Mmmmm yummy !!!
