The most stupid thing i had stolen was a Cement Mixer…………………………. no not the one with 4 wheels & a driver but an ickle blue one out of my Garage while building an extension!!……………………… & get this, it wasn’t even mine!, it only belonged to the builder who came looking for it about week later to take to another job!
Hadn’t occured to me that someone else had taken it away till he turned up.
Do you think he believed me when i said” i’d thought you’d already taken it mate “? :-sI won’t repeat his reply ……………………..but lets just say i’m not on his Christmas list!
