Haha I have to admitt I do like a good granny nap… but then I realise I’m too young to be needing one! :shock:

Well, i was gonna cover a few miles today and top up my tan but..its clouding over…..maybe i`l just get back to the talmud for a bit….or the biggest secret…..decisions~decisions…..its early yet tho so i could still fit some mileage in….maybe later…. 8)
Aching……i must have over done the stretching today… didnt manage to get out for my regular cycle workout, got entrenched with the mixer today….. got a nice few beays goin and next thing…..here i am……. 8) :wink:
