    30 mins… you’re not running fast enough woman….. I can do 200 calories in 20 mins (unless the machine is lying) However i’m not too worried at the moment, I lost a bit too much in the last couple of months so a bit of fat won’t hurt me :lol:

    Believe me Pete i wouldnt if i didnt have to…. but if running and training a few times a week enables me to eat and drink what i like so be it , and if im honest although i hate the thought of going and count the minutes whilst im there i always feel so much better when i’ve done. I did 60 minutes of circuit training last night with some relation to a Gestapo Officer… and boy am i feeling it today…. but i wanted my creme eggs and my bakewell tart :shock:

    I tell a lie…I ran a short distance to escape an angry elk in Canada in 1997, but there was a reason for that…I wanted to escape unharmed! :lol:
