What was the strangest thing you believed as a child?

This is me being bad!!

My mum and dad bought my sister one of those lifesize dolls you pull the chord at the back and it spoke….anyway I saw them sneak it into the house and hide it upstairs in their cupboard….they told me not to tell my sister…..well….when they went out I went upstairs to look at the doll…needless to say my sister followed me around all the time and sure enough she saw her present…..I took it out….pulled the chord and it snapped!! My sister started crying as I told her it was her birthday present (I know)….I also told her if she told mum and dad it was me I will kill her

Well no lie….a few years ago I decided to confess to my mum about the doll…it was so funny….I dramatized it…said mum…sit down I have something to tell you …..she got really worried….told her it was me that broke the doll….she couldn’t stop laughing….anyway my sister sitting there said….”for years and years I thought you were actually going to kill me”….even though I said don’t be stupid I wouldn’t have done that…she said where she was so young she didn’t know any different and thought I would
