    “is it morning yet”.. I suffer from insommnia, and a frozen shoulder too ffs. I have different sleep patterns from the ‘norm’. Was a dirty old day here in damp,dreich Dundee. a day when the lamps were on all day.not a glimmer of sunshine broke through.so today i spent my day googling warmer places.
