    A customer who’s been with me since I opened, taking a phone call in the shop to hear that her sister (also a customer from the beginning) has just been told that her cancer has returned, it’s untreatable and she has only a short time left. :cry:

    They’re both such lovely, warm, caring young women with such beautiful young children…so unfair. :cry:

    minutes we have are taken for granted ………..every minute this lady has is priceless and wont be wasted.

    Seeing a customer’s mother who is 53 and has been diagnosed with dementia declining so quickly…both sad and scary how quickly it can progress :cry:

    A friend who lost a close friend .
    Out of anger , feeling sad , wishing life of the ” good times ” back .
    Not knowing what to say to make it right for him .
