I feel your pain, Emmy… BlackBerrys are great at doing that! Grr. Mine did it so often at one point and kept rebooting etc. So I sent it off and it turned out all they did was upgrade the software … lol

Oh I know how it is! Yeah I’d recommend it if it’s getting really bad. It’s been alright in the whole yeah. I’ve removed Whatsapp a few weeks ago which has eradicated some probs too.

Yeah, they do my head in too. Especially when your connection is crap, to the extent that you have to keep trying and trying to watch a video and everytime you must re-watch the stupid ads!!
