Taking an hour to get out of bed because of pain.

The idiot in a van who mounted the pavement doing a left turn in driving rain. Nearly hitting my two dogs who were sat there nicely waiting, slammed on his brakes when I bashed on the side of his van and called him a silly @&8?%, jumped out, saw me walking towards him and jumped right back in again and drove off!
Realising that I might be better than I was but I still ain’t fixed … it will take time grrrr
