The amount of sleep ive had and still feel awful :(
Went to bed and slept from 11-7.30 = 8 an half hrs on tuesday night
went back to bed wednesday morning an slept from 8.30-11 = 2 an half hrs
went back to sleep at 4.30-7 = 2 an half hrs again
then went to bed and slept from 11-7.30 = 8an half hrs last night
then went back to bed and slept from 8.30-11 = 2an half hrs this morning
Thats nearly a whole day ive slept and still feel ill and cr@ppy
