ok just had a call and apparently the doctors cant find any evidence that the lil girl was abused, but they cant find a reason for the blood and tearing eather :? and all she’s been saying to her mum and dad is ‘____(name of person) hurt’ :? :?

Doctors aren’t police and are not in a position to prove anything.
