F*cking O2 :evil: :twisted: :evil:
I’m having another moan in this post too… they’re f*cking useless for custmer services… wanting my £79.99 back :evil:
I ordered a K700i as an Upgrade so paid £79.99 on my c/card for it…
Got an email saying it was out of stock then got another email saying it is back in stock and has now been despatched…
Week later phone still not arrived…
I ring O2 and ask wtf is going on, they say Oh sorry the phone has been taking off O2 due to problems with the phone and text msgs or summit, so I’m like great wtf thanks for telling me, pr*cks!!!
I get told I will be credited for the £79.99
I give it a week and find a phone I want but I can get it free with Vodafone so I call O2 to cancel my contract, but he offers me the same phone for what I originally wanted to pay so I said fine…
Phone arrives everthing is mint…
But I still haven’t got my original 79.99 back and they’ve loaded loads of sh*t on to my bill that I gotta pay March 1st for my Febrauary bill! I rang up today to say where the f*ck is my original credit and wtf is all that on my bill… Yet again no f*cking communication at any standard from O2!
They are a bunch of c*nts when it comes to knowing what they are doing, all they had to do was give me a f*cking credit (which should have been issued straight away after my order was cancelled) on time… would have gone in my bank, then I could have done a forward payment for my February bill but now as a result I have a huge f*cking bill for this month and now am going to be skint for March :evil: :twisted: :evil:
