Getting an email about some DVDs I ordered. When I ordered them, they were in stock. The following day, they were out of stock despite the fact that I had email confirmation of the order. So I emailed them (a fortnight ago) about this, and they wrote today to the effect of:
‘Sometimes things go out of stock, we are aware that this is not answering your question but shit happens. Thanks for your custom anyway’
