Ive just been out there, its a really cloudy day here today, but fairly mild. I cant put the garden furniture away yet because the cats are still content to sleep on the chairs.
And Im hoping for a week of sunshine still at some point in October.

Got my favourite plants that I brought with me in pots. Garden will be done next Spring though

good idea for a thread though EsmePlease start looking after the grass. Ours is a new build too, but the lawn was laid on rubble that was left here and what with the dog wee its all but bare now in places.
It looked like a beautiful golf course when we moved in too.

do i look like Charlie fecking Dimmock !! ? only blooms i have are dandelions and violets. (wild)Even my attempt to start a herb garden failed. ! Im just sooo NOT green fingered at all.

We trying Shaz, trying blooody hard. But its full off weeds :evil: Its just had its first cut and it is thickening up.
The land was a field, and according to Google maps it is still a field :roll: :lol:Its getting decking and slabbed and there will only be a small grassed bit. Will all get done in the Spring. Be glad too, mind we aint really had the weather to sit out in it this year :roll:
