ty but not quite back yet – still at the trade fair, still up to my eyeballs in the shop move, still directing electricians from 130 miles away, still trying to work out what the flippety doodah my phone company is doing with my phones and whether I’ll still have broadband when I get back or what my telephone number will be (yes ma’am we will transfer your old number but here’s your new number :? and yes we are disconnecting your broadband but here’s a username and password to connect to broadband and…) ….deep breaths, ommmmm :lol:
Have you ever tried explaining to a call centre that whilst it might all be perfectly clear to them, their text messages and processes ARE unclear and misleading and that if they weren’t we wouldn’t be having this phone call cos there’d be nothing to explain?
