Only in the mediterranean, only in international waters, and only in April May late September and October. And its not a pretty sight. So far whales have refused to bite. :D

6-8 inches of snow, the real stuff not that slushy pretend snow…the neighbour’s kids making a snowman and her puppy trying to eat snowballs and wondering where they disappeared to when he caught them (yes, he was looking around trying to find them)…but do you know the best thing about snow?
People smile. They talk to each other. People who normally wouldn’t make eye contact or even say hi suddenly let their barriers down, look at the people around them, smile and have a chat. There’s a real feelgood atmosphere. Now why can’t people do that without snow?
