How bad is the back? like i mentioned before i am no stranger to a sore back,usually hurting it during training. :roll:
It will never be 100% but that`s probably due to my old age aswell. :roll:
Once i was off work for months on full pay with a bad back hurt at the gym :lol:
And i didn`t give a f uck if i ever got back either. :lol: :wink:Well its still really painful but they are at least helping me get it sorted out.Im off for a while to watch the football x take care GGx :wink:
