oh i am glad i saw this,,i have a genuine question here.. i was kinda conned into my mobile and like the eejit i am i signed up .. i have 500 free mins a month and unlimited texts. when i get my bill im lucky if i use an hour a month on phone and about 100 texts..

does unlimited mean abroad too ! to another cell ( as canadians call it) and things like voting on a telly programme,is that free too ? i dont even use house phone now.but even then thats free too,, isnt it ironic,,i used to ring up massive bills and now its all free i dont use it !

I’m with O2 and all I know is that despite having voted a few times on BB, my call manager function still states that I have no call costs though my itemised bill puts it at 43p a time so my call costs might total a couple of quid a month on top of my contract. I’ll be lucky if I’ve used 75 minutes or whatever it is in the two or three months I’ve had the thing (only used about 3 this month!) Anything else, sorry but I haven’t a clue!

thanks john,pete already googled for me and answered my query,,its not free to call abroad after all..Id have to get a sooper dooper add on thingy,,and lets face it im no gona bother :) I would only sing to the Canadians after a few sherries !

im not gonna renew this contract once it does run out,as all this technology is wasted on me anyhow. i just need basic functions,and this phone does everything but make me a cuppa tea in the morning ,and i could probably get an add on for tea making fascilities too !

years ago,,when they first kinda came out,,i had a talking brick.. and folks would go ” oh gimme your number” and ya got theirs etc. I think the novelty value has worn off now,,thank fook,as some people i downright wouldnt want to hear from,so id give them a falsie LOL. now my inbox is pure with only a handul of folks knowing my number. phew much preferable to the fookers that sent ye so called ” funnies” that were NOT remotely funny and more annoyed ye . i even have the odd chosen person from here on it ;) but real life folks,get the falsie .send me yer number if ye like and we could become text buddies ( chuckle)
