Now this is the worst! :shock:
so we have this family event this Sunday …I just happened to say that I have to tell my employer that I can’t work this weekend. And my mom said: ‘You know… It would actually be better if you had to work this Sunday…’ meaning I’m not welcome to the event!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: ok… so I’m the bad seed… I see it now! :?

”you r nuthin but a slut” is what my mum said when i told her i was preg with my 1st child….i was in the army and had own place and not even livin at home
she also said on occassion ” i hate u, ur not even my kid”
but tis k am gettin over it :wink:and we wonder why our children and the next generation are in such a crisis… they always have been lol!!!! its an older/younger generation thingy. ive said much more hateful things to my folks than they have said too me, and my kids have said hateful things too me to. im learning as i go along but because of the hurtful things i said to my folks and never meant, i take what my kids say with a pinch of salt.
we aint here for long, some longer for others and id hate to leave things on a bad note so i do try to be the peacemaker. dont let things niggle away at you. a few choice words are not worth years of hurt (as my dad has had). its not worth it and it aint nice. :?

dont dwell on it jay hun it will eat away at you. lock it away or get it out in the open. as i said life is too short.
just see it for what it was… choice words at the time. if anybody else had said them you wouldnt remember them so dont demonise your parent because of who she is (unless of course there are other issues lol).

and how i deal with it that i love my mum cause she is my mum but i dont always like what she does :D
that gets me thro
and i learn from her…how not to bhave with ur kids
