Wishing that I hadn’t agreed to work Friday & Saturday night – I was asked but realistically I couldn’t very well say no, wouldn’t look good at my next appraisal. Yesterday was my only day off (which I had without much sleep because of a sore throat) and now I’m on for six dayshifts and I’m shattered after day one because I was coughing most of last night!!

grrrr and folks think non union workplaces are a good thing..! like Grangemouth tonight.the news reporting that the ex owners B.P are shipping fuel in.

ya see years ago others would have supported the need to demand a day off /work rotas/and above all NEVER scabbed !

remind me again why the present day is better for the “workers”..

I got stitches on my collar bone yesterday and I have a charity dinner to go to tonight. Do you know how hard it is to find a dress that covers your collar bone in the midst spring time? Grrrrr
