28 April, 2008 at 8:49 pm #326618Wishing that I hadn’t agreed to work Friday & Saturday night – I was asked but realistically I couldn’t very well say no, wouldn’t look good at my next appraisal. Yesterday was my only day off (which I had without much sleep because of a sore throat) and now I’m on for six dayshifts and I’m shattered after day one because I was coughing most of last night!!

grrrr and folks think non union workplaces are a good thing..! like Grangemouth tonight.the news reporting that the ex owners B.P are shipping fuel in.
ya see years ago others would have supported the need to demand a day off /work rotas/and above all NEVER scabbed !
remind me again why the present day is better for the “workers”..
29 April, 2008 at 2:16 pm #326620volunteering to help clean out the office cellar seeing as I was bored and had nothing to do and ending up covered in cobwebs and who-knows-what all in my hair and over my new top I only got on Saturday and my new black canvas trousers :evil: I just wish I could go home now and have a good scrub :evil: :twisted:

I wish I could say it was a worthy cause charity, but it was political fund raising. :roll:
