Think thats the route Im going to take in the morning, Im going to give them the chance to sort it out themselve, if not I will get it sorted and claim back from them without going through my insurance.. don’t see how they can argue with that
you shouldn’t have to pay for the windscreen and pebbles is right, you shouldn’t have to claim on your insurance. The garage must have insurance, if not that is their hard luck. They should fix the screen for nothing. Don’t claim off your insurance.
seems anything I’m waiting for from the continent is delayed. Apparently they’re all on strike. I think they’re all skiving to watch the football while the suns out and the so called “fuel crisis” is just a convenient excuse bunch of feckin lazy snaileating flamencodancing thighslappers the lot of ’em….
any of my lovely clients who ring to ask polite and very pertinent questions get a foul-mouthed obscene toybulldog RANT until they see the error of their ways and apologise…….in triplicate.
